About the role

We are seeking General Labourers to join our team on a casual basis in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands and Goulburn Area, NSW. This is a flexible, on-demand position that offers the opportunity to work across various projects and industries as work becomes available. As a General Labourer, you will be a key member of our workforce, providing essential support to clients across the Trades & Services sector.

This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and variety in their work, with the ability to manage their own schedule whilst maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

- Perform general labouring duties on various work sites, including site preparation, material handling, and basic construction support

- Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with project completion, following instructions and safety protocols

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including removal and disposal of waste materials

- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly, as directed

- Load, unload, and transport materials using appropriate manual handling techniques

- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and site-specific requirements





- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project delivery

- Be available to work on short notice as casually assigned work becomes available

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods

- Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to different work environments and project requirements

- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety principles

- Reliable and punctual attendance, with the ability to respond to last-minute work opportunities

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel to various work sites

- White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one is preferred

- Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential for enthusiastic candidates
