Australian Glass Group (AGG) is a leading Australian glass-processing manufacturer with sites across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. Due to continued growth, our Rokeby operation is seeking reliable, hardworking Production Workers / Production Operators to join the team.

This is a hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, follow procedures, work safely, and contribute as part of a team. Experience in glass processing or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential if you have the right attitude and work ethic.

About the role

Your work will involve a range of production duties, which may include:

· Operating machinery and equipment

· General production process work

· Manual handling of glass and materials

· Following safety and quality procedures

· Working to production schedules and deadlines

· Maintaining a clean and organised work area

· Communicating with team members and supervisors

This role is physically demanding and best suited to someone who enjoys practical work and working as part of a team.

· Previous manufacturing or process work experience preferred, but not essential
