About The Grange The Grange is a division of Dapto Leagues Club, which is one of the most successful golf courses and event venues in the Illawarra.

The Grange is a ‘Troon’ managed 18 Hole Golf Course located in Kembla Grange, Wollongong NSW. Commencing operation in 1964, The Grange has become renowned for its challenging yet accessible course, stunning natural surroundings, and world-class event/hospitality services.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a part-time Golf Operations and Bar Attendant to join our team for approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.

This is a diverse, guest-facing role supporting the daily operation of our golf shop, bar and golf facilities. You’ll assist members and visitors with bookings and competitions, manage golf carts and equipment hire, serve beverages and light food, and help ensure every part of the experience is welcoming, organised and well presented.

A genuine interest in golf would be highly regarded, along with the confidence to learn our golf operations and booking systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Welcoming members, guests and visitors

· Assisting with golf bookings, competitions and enquiries

· Supporting the daily operation of the golf shop

· Managing golf cart allocation and fleet presentation

· Processing retail sales and equipment hire

· Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Handling and serving basic food and snacks

· Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the golf shop and surrounding areas





· Supporting the Operations Manager and broader team as required

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in the details and is comfortable moving between different parts of the operation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach
- An interest in golf or familiarity with golf club operations
- Confidence using computers, point-of-sale and booking systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Reliability, initiative and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and other peak operating periods
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications

Remuneration will be provided in accordance with the Dapto Leagues Club Enterprise Agreement and will reflect the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
