We are seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to join our vibrant marketing team at Party Hire Destination pty ltd'. In this full-time position based in Mount Druitt 2770 Sydney , you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, leads and sales for our party hire business. This is a crucial role that will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to meet our business objectives
- Manage, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts and channels
- Analyse thorough keyword research and continually refine ad copy and targeting
- campaign performance data, identify insights and trends, and make data-driven optimisations
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices and industry trends
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the leadership team

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce or service-based businesses
- Demonstrated ability to drive tangible results through Google Ads, with a track record of improving key metrics like click-through rate,



conversion rate and ROI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform campaign decisions
- Strong understanding of Google Ads features, auction dynamics, bidding strategies and campaign optimisation techniques
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and how they can be integrated with Google Ads
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
