About the role The Graphic Designer interprets drawings, customer needs and sketches to create clear and engaging visual content and electronic files ready for production.

Key responsibilities

- Interpret briefs and develop on-brand design concepts.

- Create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, website assets, and email templates.

- Apply brand guidelines consistently.

- Prepare final artwork for print, digital use, and suppliers.

- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative outputs.

- Present concepts and respond to feedback professionally.

- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines.

- Source, edit, and retouch images as required.

- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, accessibility, and visual communication best practice.

- Maintain organised design files, templates,



and assets.

About you

- Experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing design, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio covering digital and print work.

- Strong skills in typography, layout, colour, composition, and brand identity.

- Ability to turn briefs and ideas into explicit visual designs.

- Excellent attention to detail and production quality.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

- Knowledge of digital formats, print production, file preparation, and accessibility.

- Creative and solutions focused.

- Organised and adaptable.
