About the role

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, the Grants Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of the Foundation's Grants programs.

You will support the end-to-end grant process, from applications, eligibility checks and assessment through to agreements, monitoring, acquittals and reporting. You will build strong relationships with applicants, funded partners and community organisations and help ensure our grant processes are simple, efficient, equitable, transparent and aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities In this role, you will:

· Coordinate the Foundation's Grants programs.

· Coordinate grant applications, eligibility checks, assessments, due diligence, funding recommendations, agreements and acquittals.

· Build strong and respectful relationships with applicants, funded partners and community organisations.





· Monitor grant performance, expenditure, risks and outcomes.

· Support funded partners to understand and meet reporting requirements and funding conditions.

· Collect and maintain grant program data, feedback and impact stories.

· Contribute to evaluation, impact reporting and continuous improvement.

· Support Pitch Up and other Social Impact programs and initiatives as required.

About you

You will be an organised, collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys working with people, processes and information. You have a genuine commitment to social justice and community impact.

You will bring

· Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience.

· Relevant experience in grants administration, philanthropy, community programs or a related field.

· Experience coordinating programs or projects through planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

· Robust written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with community organisations and a diverse range of stakeholders.

· Confidence working with program data and information to support reporting and evaluation.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital systems.

· Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience desirable.

· A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement and initiative.
