About the Role:

Mirabella is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of proven studio experience, to work within its in-house creative studio.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be a self-starter confident in managing creative projects from brief stage to execution, with the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

A passionate visual storyteller who ensures they dot the ‘i’ and cross the ’t’s, you will play a key role in our creative process, producing high-quality branded artwork across packaging, POS, digital catalogues, and print collateral.

This role is ideal for someone ready to push creative boundaries, in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality artwork across style guides, packaging, POS, mock ups, advertising, and digital assets for Mirabella and customer brands

Work with brand and style guides to ensure design consistency across all collateral

Conceptualise and execute engaging product and packaging artwork

Manage packaging rollouts and updates in collaboration with key stakeholders and customers, and retrieve and track packaging approvals





Prepare accurate and production-ready artwork files for manufacturing/production

Understand and apply various print processes, finishes, and materials

Handle in-house print proofs, swatches, and packaging samples

Create digital and physical mock-ups

Design and conceptualise fresh, new and on-trend packaging style guides

Produce concepts and artwork for product development

Photograph, contour, and retouch product photography for packaging and web use

Manage and maintain product image library for internal and customer databases

Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in artwork execution, including proofreading

Ability to plan production and remain organised

Ability to maintain and report work-in-progress (WIP) updates using team management platforms

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of agency or in-house studio experience in a similar role

Comfortable working autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a team

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)

Confident and proficient in using AI tools, with a willingness to actively embrace AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows and enhance the quality and efficiency of creative output

Understanding of print production (printing processes, techniques, stocks, and finishes)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Efficient time management skills

Ability to manage your own time and projects with minimal supervision

Experience working with fast-paced teams and tight deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design A creative superstar available to work full-time, in-house and on-site in our Tullamarine office.
