Key Responsibilities

- Work with business stakeholders and claims SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews and process-mapping sessions.
- Analyse and document end-to-end insurance claims processes, including FNOL, assessment, investigation, liability, settlement, payments, recoveries and claim closure.
- Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide business analysis expertise across Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with Guidewire configuration/development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Work closely with integration, data, testing and architecture teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support UAT, defect triage, business validation and production implementation.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate requirements, risks, issues and dependencies effectively.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, claims processes and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance.
- Robust experience in insurance claims and end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Experience working on Guidewire implementation, transformation, upgrade or enhancement projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements and process maps.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
