About the role:

The Growth & Engagement Officer (Services) is responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of multichannel digital campaigns across Deaf Connect. Working closely with the Team Lead, Service Growth, you will support the promotion of NDIS and fee-for-service offerings, build brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and contribute to achieving sales and organisational growth objectives that have a real impact on Australia’s Deaf community.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

- Planning, implementing and optimising marketing and sales campaigns across digital and direct channels
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing analysis, insights and recommendations to improve results
- Supporting service growth through channel strategy development, audience engagement and brand-building activities
- Managing and maintaining marketing platforms, campaign processes and website content
- Building robust relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, community members and external partners
- Contributing to reporting, research and budget management activities to support informed decision-making that helps Deaf Connect make long term impact on improved outcomes for the communities we support

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience analysing data and campaign performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, collaborate with cross functional teams, and present information effectively
- Experience across paid media channels including Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, display, native, print and above-the-line advertising
- Experience using EDM and SMS marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
- Experience managing website content through a CMS

- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and digital analytics
- Qualifications in marketing or a related discipline, experience with performance marketing or paid social platforms, and Auslan knowledge
