Oceanic Gymnastics Centre is looking for enthusiastic new staff with experience in gymnastics to join our team 4-6 Days per week from the 30th of January 2027.

We’re looking for a confident and engaging team member who is comfortable taking the lead, communicating with families and being a positive presence in the gym. You’ll naturally step forward, build rapport with others and provide guidance and support to other staff.

This position would suit someone with maturity, initiative and solid people skills who enjoys being actively involved rather than working quietly in the background.

Training will be offered in November, December and January.

About the role

- Working with children of all ages in a structured class environment
- Training is provided, so prior teaching experience is not required, provided you have experience and an understanding of gymnastics
- Classes are structured, and programs are provided
- This is a physical, hands-on role where you will be on your feet leading classes and engaging with children
- Some light cleaning will be involved
- Looking for someone who is confident in leading

Hours

- Shifts are usually between the hours of 1:45pm-7:30pm, Monday-Thursday




- Possible shifts during the day on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday starting at 8:45am or 9:45am.
- Saturday shifts are between the hours of 7:45-1pm
- All shifts are in NSW Times

Requirements

- Background or experience in gymnastics
- Confidence leading a group of children and speaking to parents
- NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
