We are looking for a Hajj & Umrah Travel Consultant to join our team in a fully remote role, providing personalised, end-to-end travel support to pilgrims while helping grow a trusted, service-led Hajj and Umrah travel business. About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their Hajj and Umrah travel journey — from the initial enquiry and consultation through to booking, ticketing, documentation and post-travel support.

You will work closely with pilgrims to understand their individual needs and circumstances, provide accurate travel and pilgrimage-related advice, and ensure every booking is managed with care, accuracy and attention to detail.

Travel Consulting & Sales

- Respond to Hajj and Umrah enquiries via phone and email.
- Consult with prospective pilgrims to understand their travel needs, preferences and circumstances.
- Provide accurate advice regarding packages, visa requirements, religious considerations and booking requirements.
- Proactively follow up leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
- Work within company pricing, approval and profitability frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns and support referral, testimonial and review initiatives.

Booking & Travel Management

- Manage flights, accommodation, transfers and ancillary travel arrangements.




- Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, payments and refunds accurately.
- Manage booking documentation, workflows, reporting and reconciliation.
- Use Tramada or an equivalent travel management system to maintain accurate client and booking records.
- Confidently use Travelport or an equivalent Global Distribution System (GDS) for availability, fares, reservations, ticketing and servicing.
- Use Express Travel Group or an equivalent consolidator platform to access and service bookings.
- Provide pilgrims with timely confirmations and travel information.
- Support clients with visa applications, Nusuk profiles and required documentation.

Customer Experience

- Deliver a high level of care, patience and professionalism throughout the pilgrim journey.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and relevant authorities.
- Resolve or appropriately escalate customer enquiries and complaints.
- Create an exceptional end-to-end guest experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

The Right Candidate

We're looking for someone who can bring travel expertise, commercial confidence and genuine care for the customer. You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in the travel industry.
- Experience with Hajj and Umrah travel requirements is highly desirable.




- Strong working knowledge of Tramada or an equivalent travel management platform.
- Strong GDS experience, ideally Travelport or equivalent.
- Experience with Express Travel Group or an equivalent consolidator platform.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Confidence managing and following up warm leads through to booking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Sound judgement and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build genuine rapport and strong professional relationships.
- A genuine commitment to supporting pilgrims with care, integrity and respect
- A Certificate III or higher qualification in Travel (highly desired)
- Experience developing referral relationships with community organisations, including mosques, Islamic schools or other community networks (highly desired)
- Community and B2B relationship experience (desired but not essential)
