Experienced Excavator & Loader Operators - Mobile Crushing

Grenfell, NSW | Projects across Central West NSW our Client is a privately owned mobile crushing and earthworks contractor based in Grenfell, NSW. Who operate across mine sites and major civil projects throughout the Central West including West Wyalong, Peak Hill, Cootamundra and surrounding areas.

Due to ongoing project demand, we are seeking experienced and reliable operators to join our mobile crushing crew.

We are not looking for entry-level operators - this role is suited to operators who are confident running large gear in high-production environments.

Positions Available

Excavator Operator (50T )

- Feeding mobile crushing plants
- Managing consistent feed for production targets
- Working closely with Supervisors

Loader Operator (Large Loader)

- Stockpiling crushed material
- Maintaining stockpile management and site efficiency
- Supporting Excavator operator

Other Plant Operator roles available

What the Role Involves

This is a hands-on role not just sitting in a machine.

Operators will assist with

- Screen changes
- General plant maintenance
- Fixing grease lines
- Basic mechanical tasks
- Housekeeping and keeping machinery clean and presentable
- Ensuring all work is completed to mine site safety and compliance standards

Minimum Requirements





Applicants must have

- Minimum 2 years experience operating a 50T excavator or large loader
- Experience in quarry, mining or mobile crushing environments (preferred)
- Ability to work in high-production, high-pressure environments
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- A good attitude and willingness to assist wherever required- not afraid to grab a shovel
- Operators must be comfortable working with a range of personalities and maintaining production targets.

- 7 / 7 roster
- Work across mine sites and major projects throughout NSW
