About the role The Head of Product / Production leads Ringers Western's end-to-end Product, Production and Supply Chain function, ensuring we deliver the right product, at the right quality, at the right time and at the right margin. This is a highly commercial leadership role responsible for supplier performance, product quality, production execution, margin optimisation and supply chain efficiency, while ensuring the function delivers against Ringers Western's broader strategic and financial objectives. The role leads the teams responsible for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production and Stock & Merchandising, working closely with the Head of Design and wider Design, Merchandise, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce and Operations teams.

A key focus is strong communication and alignment across the business, providing clear visibility of costs, timelines, risks and opportunities to support informed commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product production process from development through to finished goods
- Ensure product is delivered on time, to specification, quality standards and target margins
- Partner with the Head of Design to ensure product is commercially viable, technically achievable and aligned to the Ringers Western brand
- Drive continuous improvement across product development, costing, production and execution




- Own production and supply chain outcomes against agreed strategic and financial targets
- Drive margin improvement through costing, sourcing, negotiation and production management
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Lead negotiations across pricing, MOQ, terms, lead times, capacity and quality
- Hold suppliers accountable for cost, quality, delivery and performance
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain, including production planning, freight, logistics, inventory flow and delivery

About you

- Significant senior experience across product, production, sourcing and/or supply chain, ideally in apparel, footwear or consumer products
- Proven experience managing international suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Strong commercial negotiation, costing and margin management skills
- Strong understanding of product development, production and quality assurance
- Experience managing supplier compliance and ethical sourcing requirements
- Proven leadership and team development capability
- Strong commercial, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams while maintaining commercial discipline
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable operating in the detail
- Hands-on, accountable, proactive and solutions-focused
