About the role

This is a key role within the QLD Height Safety & Compliance department, responsible for coordinating inspection and compliance works, preparing estimates and quotes, scheduling technicians and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with clients, technicians and management team, you will help manage jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling height safety inspections, testing and compliance works
- Preparing estimates and quotations for height safety and compliance works
- Reviewing inspection reports and identifying required rectification works
- Liaising with clients, facilities managers, building managers and contractors
- Coordinating technicians, labour requirements, equipment and site access
- Managing job schedules and ensuring works are completed within required timeframes
- Preparing scopes of work and supporting documentation
- Following up quotes and assisting with converting opportunities into confirmed work
- Maintaining accurate job and client information within company systems
- Assisting with planning and coordination of larger height safety projects

About you

- Previous experience in height safety, construction, facilities management, maintenance or a similar industry
- Experience preparing quotes, estimates or scopes of work
- Strong scheduling and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to read and understand site reports and technical information
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and field technicians
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A current Australian driver's licence
