High Reach Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder

TLH Recruitment is proudly partnering with an Australian owned and operated sleep solutions company to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse All-Rounder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability, consistent hours and the potential to transition into permanent employment with the client.
Your responsibilities will include
- Operating both counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
- Putting stock away
- Loading and unloading containers
- Manual Handling
- Working efficiently to meet KPIs
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
To be successful, you must:
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
- Have at least one year of high-reach and counterbalance forklift experience
- Be confident completing putaways
- Be physically capable of heavy lifting
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Be reliable, safety-focused and looking for long-term employment
High-reach forklift and counterbalance experience is essential.
