Our client, is seeking an experienced HME Planner to support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across a Heavy Mobile Equipment fleet.

The HME Planner will work closely with maintenance and operational teams to ensure maintenance activities are effectively planned, resources are coordinated and equipment maintenance requirements are supported.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain maintenance plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment
- Plan preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the HME fleet
- Prepare detailed work scopes and maintenance work packages
- Coordinate labour, materials, parts, tooling and other requirements ahead of planned maintenance
- Review upcoming maintenance requirements and prioritise work in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor maintenance backlogs and identify work requiring planning or prioritisation
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, operations and other stakeholders to support equipment availability
- Identify potential constraints that may impact planned maintenance activities and escalate where required
- Support shutdowns and major maintenance activities through effective forward planning
- Review completed maintenance work and incorporate feedback into future planning activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance planning records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes and equipment reliability

About You

- Previous HME maintenance planning experience




- Strong understanding of Heavy Mobile Equipment maintenance requirements
- Experience working within mining, resources or a similar heavy industrial environment
- Strong maintenance planning and work management capability
- Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance priorities and changing operational requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong focus on safety and effective maintenance execution
- Clean shaven site

Equipment Experience
- Terex Trucks: MT4400 - favourable
- CAT Ancillary Equipment: D10T, D11, 24M
- Candidates with Shovel and Excavator experience are of particular interest, including:
- Caterpillar: 6040, 6060, 6090
- Terex: RH170, RH340, RH400
