We're looking for a passionate Optometrist to join our Mildura team in a permanent part-time role, working three days per week.

- $130,000 p.a. pro rata + superannuation
- $15,000 signing bonus
- OA + AHPRA fees covered

A consistent three-day roster

Enjoy a predictable part time schedule across three days each week:

- Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am–4:30pm

With four days away from the practice each week, the role offers substantial flexibility to balance your career with life outside of work.

Practice quality optometry with the right tools

Work with high-precision Topcon equipment and provide thorough bulk-billed eye examinations to a diverse patient base. We give you the tools and support to focus on quality patient care and clinical outcomes.

You'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager and collaborative retail team, with ongoing support from our Head of Optometry, wider leadership and Head Office teams to help you thrive professionally and clinically.

About You

You are:

- A qualified and AHPRA-registered Optometrist
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Confident providing tailored recommendations and eye health advice
- Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and teammates
- Available to work Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
