- Base Salary: $121,329 - $146,815 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $148,522 - $177,326 (p.a.)*

About the role

Specialising as a Paediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist within our Child Youth and Therapeutic Services (CYATS), you will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in collaboration with our team of healthcare professionals.

Your primary focus will be on assessing and refining intervention strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of Aboriginal children and young people facing neurodevelopmental disorders and complex conditions. This pivotal role within our multidisciplinary team (MDT) ensures that each child receives compassionate, culturally appropriate, individualised care and steadfast support.

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Neuropsychology with full registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and with Clinical Neuropsychology Endorsement.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnostic neuropsychological assessments, case formulation and behavioural interventions.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in neuropsychological report writing and developing appropriate recommendations
- Awareness of Aboriginal culture within Australia’s history,



knowledge of cultural sensitivities and current issues affecting the lives of Aboriginal people in conjunction with a willingness to incorporate Aboriginal values into clinical practice.
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
