Day to day responsibilities & experience required:
- You’ll be required to carry out duties such as coordinating Technicians work schedules, opening and closing job orders, defect quoting, invoicing, AFSS documentation and generating reports
- Deal with high-profile clientele, assisting with any queries and reporting any escalations to the relevant manager
- Report into a Service Manager who will be there to support you whenever needed
- Fire experience is highly desired but not essential for all vacancies available
- Must have strong organisational, time-management and communication skills
