Description

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and project managers
- Develop and maintain program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
- Ensure program outcomes align with strategic business objectives
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support change management and business readiness activities

Profile

A successful Program Manager should have:





- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide technology programs
- Strong background in project and program governance
- Experience working across infrastructure, cyber, ERP or transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
