About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining operation to source a Talent Acquisition Advisor for an end-to-end recruitment role covering site-based white collar and blue collar positions. This is a great opportunity for a TA professional who enjoys variety, moving across a broad mix of roles and working closely with site leadership to build out their workforce.
This is a hybrid role based from Brisbane, working a one week on site, one week in Brisbane roster. It’s offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad mix of site-based white collar and blue collar roles
- Partner with site leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a range of channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Support compliance and onboarding processes ahead of candidate start dates
- Contribute to workforce planning and continuous improvement of the TA function
About You
- Proven experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within mining, resources, or another operational industry
- Comfortable recruiting across both white collar and blue collar roles
- Confident building relationships with site leadership and hiring managers
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple live roles at once
- Adaptable and comfortable with a hybrid site and Brisbane-based roster
