Grade 1 or 2 Hand Therapist – Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
n

- Full Time, Fixed Term until 7 January 2027

- Join a supportive Hand Therapy team managing a diverse trauma caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings
n
- Develop your skills through structured supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities

About The Role
n
Join our Hand Therapy team and work across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting patients with a diverse range of upper limb and hand conditions.
n You'll manage a varied caseload, with a strong focus on traumatic hand and upper limb injuries, providing assessment, treatment, splint fabrication and discharge planning.
n You'll work alongside experienced Hand Therapists and a broader multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to build your clinical skills, contribute to education and develop your practice.

Grade 1:
n
Receive structured guidance and supervision from experienced Grade 2 and senior Hand Therapists, with access to relevant education, courses and special interest groups.
n
Grade 2:
n
Bring your established Hand Therapy skills and contribute to the supervision and education of Grade 1 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
n
About You
n
n
- Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with experience in Hand Therapy or a strong interest in developing your skills in this area
n
- Clinical knowledge and skills in upper limb and hand therapy, including plastics and orthopaedics
n
- Ability to provide safe, effective and patient-centred clinical care
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary setting
n
- Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse clinical caseload
n
- Commitment to professional development, clinical education and evidence-based practice
n
- For Grade 2: minimum two years' clinical experience in Hand Therapy is preferred
