Excellent opportunity for an associate or senior associate to join a premier corporate finance practice in Sydney.
We represent a premier international law firm. This firm’s corporate finance team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognised for its depth, innovative deal-making, and client-focused approach. Sitting at the heart of the firm’s Global Loans practice, the team advises on the full range of sophisticated corporate finance transactions — from high-value bilateral and syndicated facilities to complex acquisition, leveraged, and structured financings with multi-jurisdictional or bespoke structuring elements.
The practice acts for all four major Australian banks, many international investment banks, and a wide range of global financial institutions, regularly advising on some of the most significant and high-profile transactions in the market.
