As part of our Community Care team, you’ll support older people with everyday activities such as personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, appointments and social support.

You’ll build genuine relationships with clients and help them continue living safely, confidently and independently at home.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to clients in their homes
- Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and appointments
- Build positive relationships with clients and support their independence, wellbeing and social connection
- Monitor client wellbeing, report any changes or concerns, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support

About You

You are compassionate,



reliable and genuinely enjoy supporting older people. You’re comfortable working independently in the community and take pride in providing respectful, person-centred care.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting older people or vulnerable members of the community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of person-centred care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current and unrestricted Australian working rights

Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly Chinese, Greek or Arabic, to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
