We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Hospitality All-Rounder to assist us across the site. This role is varied, and is suited to someone who enjoys working across different environments in a variety of roles.

About the role:

The position entails working across multiple food service and accommodation venue areas on site, including:

- Assisting with general kitchen duties including food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas
- Set up dining and function areas before meals and events, including tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and other required items
- Assist with meal and beverage service and ensure dining areas are kept clean, tidy and well presented
- Pack down and clean venues following meals and functions, returning spaces to a clean and organised condition
- Undertake housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining accommodation, common areas and other facilities as required
- Assist with general cleaning and other practical tasks to ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen hand work, food service or housekeeping is desirable
- Able to work independently or as part of a team




- Flexible and willing to work across different venues and duties
- Physically fit and comfortable with the practical nature of the role

On-site accommodation is available if required for the successful candidate. Salary is prior to any penalty rates for any weekend or public holiday work as per the MA000009 Hospitality Award.
