Do you have a a vehicle and 2 hours spare a month? Why not become a Home Library Service volunteer and deliver library items to Logan residents unable to visit a library themselves.
We require volunteers to pick up monthly delivery items from a library branch, deliver the items to the client's home and then return the items the client borrowed the previous month back to the library.
We require volunteers to pick up monthly delivery items from our Logan Library branches at Beenleigh, Logan Hyperdome and Logan North areas.
Volunteers are able to claim for mileage reimbursement for home library service deliveries.
