Le Beach Apartments is seeking a reliable and professional contractor to assist with housekeeping operations at our boutique holiday accommodation property in Burleigh Heads. We are looking for someone who is seeking a stable, ongoing opportunity, takes pride in their work, and can help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Hours and Remuneration

- Approximately 10 hours of housekeeping and cleaning per week, subject to occupancy levels and business requirements
- Flexible hours, including some weekend work as required
- $35.00 per hour
- Contractor engagement, subject to agreed terms and business requirements
- Immediate start available by agreement
- Applicants must have or be willing to obtain an ABN and provide invoices for services

Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Cleaning and presenting apartments to a high standard
- Preparing rooms for arriving guests
- Mid-stay service cleans as required
- Laundry, linen and towel handling, and restocking guest amenities and supplies
- Maintaining presentation standards throughout the property
- Reporting maintenance issues and supply requirements
- Working to the daily room-readiness schedule set by management

About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and committed to consistent, high-quality work
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities




- Friendly and professional when working around guests
- Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation or hospitality preferred
- Good written and spoken English with explicit communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required
