What's the role?

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Village Manager and working closely with the broader village team, you'll help keep our residents' homes and communal areas clean, safe and welcoming.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering daily cleaning services across communal areas, including reception, hallways, bathrooms and public spaces
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, rubbish removal and sanitising high-touch surfaces
- Supporting laundry services as required
- Following WHS, hygiene and safe chemical handling procedures at all times
- Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or incidents promptly




- Providing friendly front desk or guest assistance, including basic check-in/out procedures
- Greeting and engaging with residents and guests professionally, courteously and with empath

We'd Love To Hear From You If You

- Have previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or a similar environment, although this is desirable rather than essential
- Understand the importance of hygiene, infection control and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Are reliable, organised and comfortable following procedures and instructions
- Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting respectfully with residents
- Are available to work flexible casual shifts
