Our clients come to us because they want practical, commercial and human advice.

They do not want 14 paragraphs explaining every possible option.

What does the role look like?

You will work across a portfolio of clients and become a trusted extension of their team.

Some days will be straightforward.

Others definitely will not be.

You might be

- Coaching a leader through a messy performance issue
- Helping a business work through a restructure
- Untangling an Award question
- Writing a contract or policy that people can actually understand
- Supporting an employee relations matter
- Facilitating a leadership conversation
- Working on an HR project
- Helping a client think differently about their team
- Jumping on a call because something has gone sideways and they need calm, practical advice

And sometimes,



you will have absolutely no idea what question a client is about to ask you.

That is half the fun.

Who will thrive here?

You are probably an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, emerging HRBP or HR Consultant who is ready for something bigger.

You do not need consulting experience.

We can teach you that.

What we care about is how you think.

You will probably be someone who:

- Is confident talking to leaders
- Has strong HR fundamentals
- Thinks commercially, not just technically
- Can read a room
- Uses common sense
- Is curious and asks great questions
- Can make a recommendation instead of hiding behind "it depends"
- Does not panic when things get a little messy
- Likes variety and gets bored doing the same thing every day
- Can manage multiple priorities without needing someone constantly checking in
- Loves being part of a team, but can also get on with things independently
- Brings energy, ideas and personality to work

Bonus points if you have worked outside HR, managed people, owned a budget or had exposure to the operational side of a business.

We like people who understand that HR does not exist in a vacuum.

Tuesdays are Connection Days

Every Tuesday, the team comes together in Yatala.

We use the day to collaborate,



workshop client problems, share ideas, catch up and stay connected.

And yes, actually talk to each other in real life.

The rest of the week is versatile.

You can

We generally meet with clients face-to-face around once a month, so you get the best part of consulting without spending your entire life driving between meetings.

There is trust here.

We are much less interested in where your laptop happens to be sitting.
