About the Role We’re looking for an approachable and solutions-focused ICT professional who can own day-to-day IT support and core systems administration across Adora Fertility's clinic, day surgery and corporate sites, keeping the systems that support patient care running reliably and securely.

This is a full-time role for a 12-month contract, in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (dependant on successful candidate’s location).

This role will initially focus on core ICT support activities, with structured training, guidance and exposure to our systems and environment. As knowledge, confidence and capability is developed, the role will progressively take ownership of more complex issues,



projects and areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Second-line support above our external Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Staff on-boarding and off-boarding activities using largely automated provisioning tooling (accounts, licences, mailboxes, phone extensions) and coordinating with HR and other managers
- Management of end-user fleet, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and meeting room AV across all sites
- Day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online shared mailboxes, Teams, and licence management
- User and group administration in the hybrid Active Directory + Entra ID environment
- Asset registers, documentation and runbooks

Responsibilities aligned with development

- Site networking: Wi-Fi, site-to-site VPNs, DNS/DHCP changes and troubleshooting, working with our MSP and carriers
- Windows server administration: file shares and permissions, certificates, patching and backup verification
- Cloud phone system administration: extensions, call queues, IVR and call-reporting changes
- Vendor and MSP management: ensuring compliance with agreed service standards and coordinating maintenance windows around clinic hours

About you To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

- 2+ years in an IT support role (internal or MSP)
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Active Directory and/or Entra ID user administration
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)




- Initiative, curiosity and self-motivation
- Robust communication skills, including clear and patient communication with non-technical staff
- A calm and approachable demeanour, particularly when under pressure
- Discretion with sensitive information, and an understanding of (or willingness to learn) privacy obligations for health information (Privacy Act 1988, APPs)

Desirable

- MSP experience
- Scripting exposure (preferably PowerShell)
- VoIP/hosted PBX exposure
- Experience in healthcare or clinical environments; practice management/EMR exposure
- Windows Server exposure
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MS-900, AZ-104 (or working toward), or ITIL Foundation
