About the role

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Designer / Draftsman to join our design team. You'll take design intent from concept through to manufacture-ready drawings, working closely with suppliers, architects, builders and our internal project teams to deliver washroom systems on some of Australia's most high-profile construction projects.

This role is office-based in Sydney or Beresfield, with a remote option available for candidates based in Melbourne. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

- Evaluate project requirements and define appropriate design intent for execution teams
- Produce 3D and 2D modelling and drawings




- Communicate with suppliers and ensure alignment of design decisions with project goals and constraints
- Track project status and contribute to KPI and delivery performance monitoring
- Engage with clients, architects and builders across all project stages
- Attend meetings to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues
- Manage RFIs and provide clear technical documentation and responses
- Support handovers between sales, design, and project management teams

About you

- Industrial design background/qualification
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Experience in 2D drawing / AutoCAD / Draftsight or similar
- Experience producing manufacturing drawings
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Experience in architecture (desirable)
- Experience in interior design (desirable)
- Experience in Revit (desirable)
- Experience in construction (desirable)
