- Support clients in attending appointments, social events, or community activities.

- Encourage and assist with joining social or recreational groups.

- Help with planning and using public transport if needed.

- Help build independence and confidence.

- Observe and record participant progress, concerns, or changes in health or behavior.

- Report incidents or concerns to supervisors or relevant professionals.

- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.

- Promote a sense of belonging, inclusion, and well-being.

- Work according to the participant’s NDIS goals and individualized support plan.

- Collaborate with allied health professionals, family, and coordinators as needed.

- Ensure participant dignity, privacy, and rights are always respected.

- Follow safeguarding, duty of care, and NDIS Code of Conduct guidelines
