Industrial Electrician - Permanent Day Shift

$62.85 per hour + Super | Carole Park | Permanent Full Time | 10am Finish Fridays

Great rate. Permanent day shift. No rotating roster. And your weekend starts at 10am every Friday.

Marsh Alliance is looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at our Carole Park manufacturing facility.

This is a permanent, hands-on maintenance role working alongside our Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team. You'll work across a diverse range of manufacturing machinery, tackling everything from electrical fault finding and breakdowns to preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and improvement projects.

What you'll get

- $62.85 per hour + super

- Approximately $124,200 + super per year based on ordinary 38-hour weeks

- Permanent full time employment

- Day shift only – no rotating roster

- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm

- Friday: 6:00am – 10:00am

- Every Friday afternoon off

- Variety of machinery, fault finding and project work

- Work within an experienced, hands-on maintenance team

What you'll be doing

You'll help keep our manufacturing equipment safe, reliable and productive, including:

- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response

- Preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance

- Diagnosing faults on production machinery

- Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems





- Supporting machinery upgrades and improvement projects

- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics

- Carrying out electrical safety inspections and testing

- Working with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

- Recording maintenance work and identifying recurring equipment issues

What we're looking for

You'll need

- A current Queensland Electrical Licence

- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to maintenance
- The ability to work safely and independently when required

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, machinery or PLC fault finding would be highly regarded.
