Urgent Opportunity | Senior IM Assessment Consultants (2 Positions) | Melbourne Hybrid

Are you an experienced Information Management Consultant with a strong background in government, healthcare, or highly regulated environments?

We are seeking 2 x Senior IM Assessment Consultants to support a significant Information Management Maturity Assessment engagement within a Victorian Government workplace.

About the Role

? Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

? Duration: 5-week contract (5 October 2026 – 6 November 2026)

? Security Requirement: Must be eligible to meet ISSRA requirements

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior IM Assessment Consultant, you will lead an assessment stream and be responsible for:

✅ Reviewing existing information management assessments and supporting evidence

✅ Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops

✅ Developing maturity assessments and evidence-based recommendations

✅ Managing evidence registers and documentation





✅ Performing gap analysis and identifying improvement opportunities

✅ Contributing to roadmap development and validation activities

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from professionals with experience in:

- Information Management
- Records Management
- Information Governance
- Data Governance
- Records Compliance

Highly desirable experience includes: ⭐ Health sector experience (state or federal)

⭐ Victorian Government experience

⭐ Executive and SME stakeholder engagement

⭐ Assessment, review, audit, or maturity framework delivery

⭐ Exposure to information management maturity frameworks such as PROV IMMAP/IM3
