Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Shutdown Work Pack Coordinator for a casual contract position supporting the planning and preparation of a major shutdown campaign scheduled for July 2027. Based in a Perth CBD office location, this role will be responsible for coordinating and developing detailed work packs to ensure shutdown activities are fully planned, resourced, and execution-ready. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits required throughout the planning phase.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant shutdown program while positioning yourself for a potential Supervisor or Lead role during the execution phase next year.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed shutdown work packs.
- Ensure work scopes, resources, materials and documentation are complete and ready for execution.
- Liaise with maintenance, engineering, operations and contractor teams to support shutdown readiness.
- Coordinate planning and preparation activities to meet shutdown milestones.
- Monitor work pack progress and proactively manage planning constraints.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules and status reporting.
- Conduct occasional site visits to validate scopes and support project requirements.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in shutdown planning, work pack development, maintenance coordination or a similar role.
- Previous experience within oil & gas, LNG, mining, resources or heavy industrial environments.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to demanding timelines.
- Sound understanding of maintenance and shutdown processes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
