About the Role The Internal Sales Supervisor leads our Forrestdale Internal Sales team, driving customer service, sales performance and day-to-day operations.

As this is a new role within Abdex, you’ll have the opportunity to establish strong team practices, improve processes and help shape the future of our Internal Sales function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and support the team, manage customer and sales activity, resolve issues and work closely with External Sales, Warehouse and Production to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

As Internal Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead the Internal Sales team, drive customer service and sales performance, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the function.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the Internal Sales team
- Manage daily workloads, priorities and customer enquiries
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Manage quotations,



sales opportunities, orders and enquiries
- Provide product information and technical support
- Support External Sales with pricing, sourcing and customer requirements
- Monitor team performance, service levels and sales activity
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM and MYOB records and reporting
- Work closely with Warehouse and Production to meet customer requirements
- Ensure company processes, systems and service standards are consistently followed
- Identify and support team training and development opportunities

What You Bring We’re looking for a confident sales or customer service professional ready to lead a team and make an impact.

You’ll bring

- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in industrial, hydraulic, hose, mining, oil & gas or fluid transfer industries is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to understand technical products and confidently provide customer solutions
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment




- Experience with CRM systems, MYOB and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a solid focus on performance and KPIs
- Australian work rights are required for this position
