As our sales function continues to grow, we're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in St Marys.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional to support our external sales function and play a key role in driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for proactive customer engagement, sales administration, relationship management, and providing product advice to clients, dealers, and brokers. This office-based role offers genuine exposure to the broader sales function and a clear development pathway into senior sales roles, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Support external Sales Representatives in achieving revenue targets and executing sales strategies
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting sales documentation
- Identify and qualify current sales leads, follow up inbound enquiries, and re-engage dormant accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
- Liaise with customers, dealers, and brokers to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Provide product and technical information to clients, and address queries and objections effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and contract/documentation processing
- Support onboarding of new customers and ensure compliance with company policies and systems
- Contribute to individual and team KPIs and sales targets

Skills and Attributes

- Proven experience in an internal sales,



telesales, or customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B or rental/equipment industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High level of organisation and time-management capability
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals
- Exposure to technical or product-driven industries, and experience working with dealers, brokers, or intermediary sales models highly regarded
