As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Internal Service Advisor to join our Pre Delivery Team at Rocklea and play a vital role in coordinating new vehicle retail deliveries across our network.

The Role

This position is not customer-facing — instead, you’ll work internally with our dealership teams to coordinate current vehicle delivery preparation, transfers, and finalisation between sites. You’ll act as the key link between Sales, Service, Detailing, and Logistics teams, ensuring every new car is prepared and delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities





• Coordinate pre-delivery scheduling and workshop bookings across multiple sites

- Communicate with Sales and Workshop teams to manage timelines and priorities
- Track vehicle movements, completion status, and delivery readiness
- Ensure quality control and compliance with manufacturer standards
- Manage system updates and documentation through internal software (Titan DMS)
- Support the Group Service and Delivery Teams with daily reporting and logistics

About You

We’re looking for someone with excellent coordination and communication skills who thrives on organisation and teamwork.

You’ll bring

- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment (preferred)
- Strong administrative and scheduling skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence using dealership management systems (Titan DMS experience an advantage)
- A current driver’s licence
