About the role The company provides long and short term accommodation mostly around the City center of Sydney. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate with our Japanes and Korean customers.
Working holiday makers are welcome
No previous experience is needed
We have morning and afternoon shifts
Key responsibilities
- Publish and update advertisement in different websites specialized in our market, with Japanese and Korean websites as the base of our customers source
- Publish and update advertisement in other accommodation websites
- Organise and conduct inspections with potential customers
- Organise moving out and in for customers
- Receive and report to Maintenance team any repairs or services needed
- Explain house rules to new customers
- Prepare lease paperwork for current customers
- Give feedback and help to customers in Japanese and Korean languages
About you
- Ability to communicate with Korean and Japanese customers
