To be successful you must have the following:

- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- Strong experience across multi-residential, apartments or large-scale residential projects
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong subcontractor procurement and negotiation skills




- Experience managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and cost reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
- Confident working closely with Project Managers and site teams
- Experience with Procore will be highly regarded
- Construction, Quantity Surveying or related qualification preferred
