About the Role
Our client is a well-established organisation based in the CBD, known for its large, supportive team and strong focus on training and development. They are seeking a Sales and Customer Enquiries Officer to join their team on a fully office-based basis, working a rotating roster of 5 shifts across 7 days, 38 hours per week. This role is centrally located & fully office based.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through sales options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Process orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate notes across systems.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints at first point of contact wherever possible, escalating where required.
- Meet individual and team KPIs for call quality, response times, and sales/conversion targets.
- Work collaboratively within a large team to support a positive, high-performing culture.




- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually develop product knowledge and sales technique.

About You

- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or contact centre role is highly regarded.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward feedback and coaching.
- Willing and able to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a fully office-based role in the CBD.
