We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic production workplace. This is an outstanding career job for a hands-on Candidate looking to secure stable, rewarding employment in the scenic Adelaide Hills region of South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide immediate, on-the-floor maintenance support during production runs to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns swiftly, minimising downtime.
- Execute scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance programs across plant equipment, machinery, buildings, and site infrastructure.
- Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities strictly align with QA, HACCP, Food Safety, and OHS guidelines.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS such as MEX) to accurately update records and manage inventory.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors, machine operators,



and external service providers to drive operational efficiency.

About You

To thrive in this employment opportunity, you will bring a proactive, safety-first mindset and solid technical expertise:

- Significant hands-on experience within a manufacturing, production, or heavy mechanical repair environment.
- Strong technical background covering mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving, diagnostic, and fault-finding capabilities.
- Physical fitness to handle unrestricted bending, lifting, standing, and manual tasks.
- Highly desirable: A current Forklift High Risk licence, Working at Heights and Scissor Lift accreditations, a tertiary mechanical trade qualification, and basic quality/OHS training.
