Experienced Architect | Contract Prospect l High-Rise Projects
Are you a technically driven Architect who excels in the delivery phase of complex high-rise projects?
We're partnering with a national studio seeking an Experienced Architect to join their team on a contract basis. Working within an established project team, you'll play a key role in delivering construction documentation for major high-rise multi-residential projects.
With the design phase complete, this role is focused on the technical delivery.
The Role
- Leading the documentation and technical coordination of façade packages
- Producing high-quality construction documentation
- Coordinating with consultants, and project stakeholders
- Resolving complex technical and detailing challenges
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
- Supporting the project team through documentation and construction stages
About You
- Significant experience delivering construction documentation on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, detailing, and building envelopes
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent consultant coordination and communication skills
- A solutions-focused approach to technical problem-solving
- Architectural registration preferred, but not essential for candidates with extensive technical delivery experience
