Command Healthcare is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Recruiter to join our Sydney CBD team.

n

We are seeking a recruiter with 3–5+ years' experience, ideally within healthcare, nursing, aged care, disability, community or allied health, who also has a strong interest in Business Development and client relationship management.

About the role

n

You will manage end-to-end recruitment while helping grow our healthcare client portfolio.

n

n
- Source, screen and interview healthcare professionals.
n
- Manage candidate relationships and placements.
n
- Build and develop new and existing client relationships.
n
- Identify new business opportunities and support BD activities.
n
- Conduct client meetings and recruitment briefings.
n
- Manage references, compliance and onboarding.
n
- Recruit across permanent, temporary, contract and casual roles.
n

About you

n

n




- 3–5+ years' recruitment experience.
n
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience highly desirable.
n
- Experience in Business Development, client acquisition or account management.
n
- Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare market.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing team.
n
