West Perth Law firm require Lawyer to work in Debt Recovery/Litigation, Commercial Law and General Matters.

This is a diverse and fast paced role, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience, and exposure to many areas of law while working with experienced Lawyers.

This role includes, but is not limited to the following: -

- Debt Recovery.
- General Matters.
- Commercial document drafting.
- Court Attendances.
- Commercial document preparation.
- Research.

The successful applicant will be well spoken, well presented and be able to cope with a very busy work load. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, flexible and able to function within a team, and autonomously, as required.

Candidates must hold an Australian law degree.

Current admission to practice law in Australia is required.

Applicants must be Australian permanent residents.

Work from home part of the week is available for suitable applicants.

Experience is essential.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

A minimum of 2 years post admission legal experience is preferred.
