We're looking for a motivated Junior Estimator with a foundation in estimating or residential construction who is ready to develop their skills and gain genuine hands-on experience.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced estimating, construction and operations teams, you'll gain practical exposure to the estimating process while assisting with:

- Preparing estimates for residential projects

- Completing quantity take-offs and measurements

- Reviewing plans, specifications, engineering documentation and selections

- Preparing trade scopes, purchase orders and costing schedules

- Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations

- Assisting with variations and pricing updates

- Maintaining accurate pricing and project information

- Identifying discrepancies and opportunities for cost efficiencies

- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Basic estimating knowledge or relevant residential construction experience
- An understanding of building plans and construction processes

- Exposure to quantity take-offs, costing or estimate preparation

- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail

- Good organisation,



time-management and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn

- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software

Experience with DataBuild or PlanSwift will be highly regarded but is not essential.

- $60,000-$80,000 Super, depending on experience
