Junior IT Support — Medical Systems & Imaging (Casual Contractor) · Bribie Island, QLD

TopDoctors Medical, Skin & Specialist Centre is a modern, growing general practice on Bribie Island, and we need in office IT support for the systems behind our skin cancer program and our medical imaging. We're looking for a junior IT contractor who already understands the medical side — practice software such as Best Practice, PACS and DICOM concepts, dermatology imaging systems such as MoleMax, and the privacy obligations that come with health data — to work directly with our team. You'll support and configure the imaging and clinical systems, connect devices, handle the scripting that ties things together, keep backups and access controls in order, and document what you do.

A graduate or final-year IT student with genuine curiosity,



a tidy working style and comfort using AI tools to work well is exactly who we have in mind.

The engagement is casual contractor, two to three days a week, paid at an agreed hourly rate with an ABN. The work is mostly on site at our Bellara clinic — hands-on with the devices, the network and the doctors who use them — with some remote work possible over time, so being local to Bribie, Caboolture or Brisbane's north is strongly preferred. A police check and a confidentiality undertaking are required before any access to patient systems, and all work is completed as TopDoctors property.
