You will possess

- Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Demonstrated passion for food in all its variety
- Abreast of the latest trends in the culinary arts




- Working in service and completing all kitchen duties and delivering and maintaining high standards and consistent quality across an exciting menu
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Australian resident working rights are required for this role
