Manage critical ward coordination, support clinicians, and deliver responsive after-hours administration in a dynamic hospital environment. Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2
Remuneration: $36.75 - $37.27 Per hour
Hours Per Week: 20 hours Monday to Friday or 5.5 hours Saturday

What You'll Be Doing As the After Hours Ward Clerk, you will provide essential frontline administrative support to inpatient services, ensuring smooth ward operations during evenings and nights.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email & in-person
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems
- Support clinicians to enable safe, efficient patient care
- Manage competing priorities in a busy after-hours setting
- Work independently while building effective staff relationships

- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative and clerical support.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and experience with an understanding of the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
