We're looking for a driven Key Account Manager - South Island & Wellington to grow Billi's market presence across New Zealand. In this field-based role, you'll develop strategic relationships with plumbing merchants, commercial plumbers, builders, architects, designers and retailers to drive specification opportunities, grow sales and increase market share.

What you'll be doing

- Grow sales and market share across the South Island and Wellington region.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, plumbers, builders, architects, designers and retailers.
- Identify and secure current business opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations, training and education to key stakeholders.
- Influence specifications and purchasing decisions to drive sales growth.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate CRM records,



pipeline activity and market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About you

- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development.
- Experience working with plumbers, plumbing merchants and builders.
- Experience with architects, designers or retail channels highly regarded.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Commercially minded and results-driven.
- CRM experience and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Current driver's licence.
